A coupon code will not work if it has expired or is no longer valid. Only one (1) coupon code can be used at a time. Coupon codes can not be used for sale items.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments, and bank transfer from local Indonesian banks. All transaction are billed in Indonesian Rupiah currency.
All transaction on our online shop are completed in Indonesian Rupiah currency. As a guide, we may show estimate foreign currency prices for our products based on recent foreign currency conversion rates. Any foreign currency prices shown on our website are to be used as a guide only!
For domestic shipping within Indonesia, we use JNE courier services. For international shipping, we use Indonesian Postal Service (Pos Indonesia) Standard Air Postage or EMS (Express Mail Service).
After your payment has been confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, delivery times can take approximately 5-7 business days for domestic orders, and 7-14 business days for international orders, depending on the shipping service used, and the final destination.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You will be able to track your shipment directly from the shipping provider’s website tracking page. If you have not received an email with your shipment tracking number, please contact us.
Any returned items must be undamaged in their original packaging, with all labels and tags attached, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. We reserve the right to reject return requests if the returned item(s) are in an unacceptable condition.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to make arrangements. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items.
Batik is a method of dying fabrics using a traditional wax resist dying technique. Authentic batik fabric is handmade by skilled artisans. For more information on batik fabric, please visit our “the art of batik” page.
The art form of batik fabric making is a very intricate and time consuming wax resist dying process. Certain processes can be repeated many times before the final completion of the batik fabric artwork. This requires great patience and skill from the batik artisans. Yes it is, most definitely! All of Senada Batik Bali fabrics are handmade by skilled batik artisans, using traditional, authentic, “tjap” (stamping) wax resist batik making methods.
The colour dyes used in the production of our high quality batik fabrics are hand mixed. Colours may differ slightly with each newly finished handmade batik fabric piece of artwork.
We recommend washing new batik fabric separately as you may experience some dye bleeding in the first few washes, however, this will not affect the colour of your batik fabric. Please follow the fabric care instructions on the label of your batik fabric product. With proper care, your batik fabric will be enjoyed for many years.
