Frequently Asked Question
Once you find an item you want to purchase, on it’s product page enter the quantity you wish to buy and click the “Add to Cart” button. If you want to shop for more items, click on the “Continue Shopping” button. Once you have finished choosing all the items you wish to purchase, click on the “Checkout” button on the Shopping Cart page where you can complete the ordering process. You will be prompted to login to your account or register a new account. If you need help placing an online order, you can contact us for assistance.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments and direct bank transfer from domestic Indonesian banks. All transaction on our online shop are made in Indonesian Rupiah currency. Any foreign currency prices shown on our online shop are only estimates based on recent currency conversion rates, and are to be used as a foreign currency price guide only.
Upon completion of your online order, you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address you provided during checkout.
All items are shipped from our headquarters in Bali, Indonesia. Once payment has been received, we endeavour to process your order and have it shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day. An e-mail confirmation with your tracking number will be sent within 48 hours of shipment.
For pick up from our store in the Seminyak area of Bali, please choose the “Local Pick Up” shipping option at shopping checkout time. For express delivery within our local area of South Bali, we use GO-JEK’s GO-SEND service. For other Bali areas, we use the shipping method shown in the “Domestic Shipping” section below.
Deliveries within Indonesia, we send your order via JNE or TIKI courier service.
We offer international deliveries to most worldwide destinations. We send your order via Indonesian Postal Service (Pos Indonesia) Standard Air Postage or EMS (Express Mail Service).
For domestic orders, delivery is usually made within 7 business days. For international orders, delivery can take 7-14 business days, depending on the shipping service used and the country of destination.
Free domestic shipping within Indonesia for orders over IDR 500,000.
The cost of shipping will depend on the quantity, weight, or volume of your package.
If you choose to use an express shipping service, an extra shipping cost will be charged.
The total shipping cost will be shown on the shopping checkout page.
Bulky, oversized, or delicate items, may incur additional special handling fees.
A tracking number is emailed to you within 48 hours of shipment. You can directly track your shipment using the tracking number via the shipping providers website tracking system.
Customs & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs import duties and taxes at the destination country. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for any information relating to these charges.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and correct full value. We cannot agree to any requests to alter the shipment declaration value and/or the content of the shipment.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Any undeliverable shipment resulting from an incomplete delivery address being supplied, is not our responsibility. To prevent this from happening, please make sure that your shipping details are filled in correctly.
We cannot accept responsibility for any damages incurred during shipping or transit.
Unexpected delays in a shipment delivery can sometimes happen, we can not be held responsible for any delays in delivery that may occur due to reasons outside of our control.
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately so we can lodge an enquiry with the shipping provider to investigate the status of your shipment.
This returns and exchanges policy applies to all purchases made through our online store. Any returned items must be undamaged in their original packaging, with all labels and tags attached, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to make arrangements. We reserve the right to reject return or exchange requests if the returned item(s) are in an unacceptable condition.
Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour in the same style.
We take great care in packaging your goods safely. We cannot accept responsibility in the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit.
In the unlikely event that you have received defective item(s) due to a fault in the manufacturing process, or if you have received an incorrect item, we would be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods.
We do not offer refunds of change of mind items.
Sales items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully.
To avoid any incorrect sizing issues please be sure to study the size specifications of each individual item shown on their product information page. Please keep in mind, that many of our clothing styles are designed with a loose fit in mind.
Every effort has been made to display as clearly and accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, the actual colours you see can vary greatly depending on your computer or mobile device screen settings. We cannot guarantee that the display of our product colours will be accurate on your computer or mobile device.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to change or cancel an order that has already shipped.
Some of our more popular items may sell out quickly. If you come across an out-of-stock product, and you wish to be notified once it is back in-stock, you can use the “Join Waitlist” button shown on the product page. When the product is available again, in-stock and ready for purchase, you will be notified by email.
If you have registered an account on our website, you can view the items you have added to your waitlist by visiting your account page and selecting the “Your Waitlists” tab.
Occasional we may offer discounts, gifts with purchase, and other special offers to our loyal customers.

A coupon code will not work if it has expired or is no longer valid. Only one (1) coupon code can be used at a time. Coupon codes can not be used for sale items.
Senada Batik Bali fabric products are made with quality workmanship, handmade by our own batik artisans. Only the best quality materials available are used during the batik process. All fabrics, colour dyes, and waxes used in our batik production are of the highest quality.
If proper care is followed, your Senada Batik Bali fabric products will last for many years. To extend the longevity of your Senada Batik Bali product, we advise you to follow the care instructions shown on your batik fabric product label.
Wash your new batik fabric product separately as you may experience some dye bleeding in the first few washes.
We recommend that you hand wash your batik fabric product in cold water.
Use mild (sensitive) washing detergent.
Do not wring dry, soak or bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Drip dry in shade (avoid direct sunlight).
Iron your batik fabric clothing inside-out on low heat.
Silk batik fabric, to help retain its texture and integrity, it’s best the silk fabric is damp when ironing. For extra care, a press cloth can be used while ironing. Iron inside-out on silk setting or the lowest heat setting.
Our batik fabrics are made using several RFD (ready for dye) raw white fabric types. For our batik fabric production, we choose only grade “A” quality RFD raw white fabrics in the following fabric types; Rayon, Chiffon, Cotton, and Silk. Rayon fabric is our most widely used and by far most popular selling fabric, followed by Chiffon, Cotton, and the occasional made to order production of Silk. For details on each fabric type we use in our batik fabric production, more information is shown below.
Rayon fabric is our most widely used, popular selling fabric. Rayon is a man-made fabric using natural wood pulp fibres, but rayon fabric is not considered to be a synthetic fabric. Rayon is also known as “Viscose”. Rayon has a silky appearance and feel, it is relatively light in nature and has a good “drape” quality. Rayon breathes well like cotton, making it cool and comfortable to wear in warmer climates.
The chiffon fabric we use is a high twist rayon chiffon. Chiffon is defined by the type of weave, twist and weight of the yarns used. Chiffon is an elegant looking fabric and has a comfortable airy feel. It is a sheer, light, and slightly translucent fabric with a soft flowing drape character. Our chiffon batik fabrics are often favoured in use for lighter shirts and blouses, dresses, cover-ups, and scarves.
Cotton is a soft, natural fabric. It is cool and durable, and breaths well, making it comfortable to wear in all seasons. Cotton has a high tensile strength, making it strong, durable, and versatile; an easy to wash and care for type of fabric.
Silk is a fine, soft, strong fabric that is naturally produced by silkworms, woven into beautiful luxurious and sensuous fabrics. Silk fabric is warm to touch and warm to wear. Silk is an all-climate fabric, it is warm and cosy in winter, comfortably and cool in summer. Silk retains its shape, drapes well, and caresses the figure nicely.
