Shipping Information

All items are shipped from our headquarters in Bali, Indonesia. Once payment has been received, we endeavour to process your order and have it shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day. An e-mail confirmation with your tracking number will be sent within 48 hours of shipment.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and correct full value. We cannot agree to any requests to alter the shipment declaration value and/or the contents of the shipment.
  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
  • Any undeliverable shipments resulting from an incomplete delivery address being supplied, is not our responsibility. To prevent this from happening, please make sure that your shipping details are filled in correctly.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for any damages incurred during shipping or transit.
  • Unexpected delays in a shipment delivery can sometimes happen, we can not be held responsible for any delays in delivery that may occur due to reasons outside of our control.
  • If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately so we can lodge an enquiry with the shipping provider to investigate the status of your shipment.

Domestic Shipping

Deliveries within Indonesia, we send your order via JNE courier service.

International Shipping

We offer international deliveries to most worldwide destinations. We send your order via the Indonesian Postal Service (Pos Indonesia) Standard Air Postage, EMS (Express Mail Service), or DHL.

Delivery Times

For domestic orders, delivery is usually made within 5-7 business days. For international orders, delivery can take 7-14 business days, depending on the shipping service used and the destination country.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping within Indonesia.
  • Free international shipping for orders over Rp3,000,000.
  • Australia & New Zealand customers, a flat rate shipping fee of Rp400,000.
  • United States & Canada customers, a flat rate shipping fee of Rp500,000.
  • Europe customers, a flat rate shipping fee of Rp550,000.
  • United Kingdom customers, a flat rate shipping fee of Rp550,000.
  • Singapore & Malaysia customers, a flat rate shipping fee of Rp350,000.
  • Japan customers, a flat rate shipping fee of Rp400,000.
  • All other regions, a flat rate shipping fee of Rp550,000.
  • For non standard shipping, the cost will depend on the weight and destination of your package.
  • If you choose to use an express shipping service, an extra shipping cost will be charged.
  • Bulky, oversized, or delicate items, may incur additional special shipping handling fees.
  • The total shipping cost will be shown on the shopping checkout page.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you within 48 hours of shipping your order. You can directly track your shipment using the tracking number via the shipping providers website tracking system.

Customs & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs import duties and taxes at the destination country. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information relating to these charges.
