Returns & Exchanges Policy
This returns and exchanges policy applies to all purchases made through our online shop. Any returned items must be undamaged in their original packaging, with all labels and tags attached, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to make arrangements.
We reserve the right to reject return or exchange requests if the returned item(s) are in an unacceptable condition.
Damaged Goods
We take great care in packaging your goods safely. We cannot accept responsibility in the unfortunate event that your items are damaged during shipping or transit.
Defects Or Incorrect Goods
Our batik fabrics are handmade by artisans, each creation is an unique, individually handcrafted piece of batik fabric art. Any wax residue, or irregularities in the colour or effect of the batik fabric, are a natural part of the batik fabric making process. This is not an imperfection, but is inherent to this product and does not diminish the high quality of the batik craftsman’s work.
In the unlikely event that you have received defective item(s) due to a fault in the manufacturing process, or if you have received an incorrect item, we would be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. Please note that wear and tear during normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Sales Items
Sales items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully.
Product Sizes
Many of our clothing styles are designed with a loose fit in mind. To avoid choosing the wrong size, please check our size guide as a measurement reference. For more precise sizing information, be sure to read the size specifications of each individual item shown on their product page.
Product Colours
Every effort has been made to show as clearly and accurately as possible the colours of our handmade batik fabric products. However, each handmade batik fabric creation is unique, and the hand mixed dyes may differ slightly in colour between each handcrafted batik fabric production run.
Actual colours you see on your screen can also vary depending on lighting conditions, and/or your viewing device screen settings. We cannot guarantee that the display of our product colours will be accurate on your computer or mobile device.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
